Norman Cabrera Monsters Inc is a full-service Special FX make-up/creature design and fabrication studio that features a distinctive style combined with decades of enthusiasm and industry experience to suit your film, television, and music video production needs.

Norman Cabrera’s passion for movies and making monsters started at very early age fueled by his love of classic creature features.  At the age of 20 he began working with legendary Oscar winner Rick Baker on such films as Harry and The Hendersons, Coming to America, Gremlins 2, and Gorillas in the Mist.

For four decades NCM has lent his design sense and artistic know how to some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters and played a key role in the creation of some of its most iconic characters in films including Guillermo Del Toro's, Hellboy 1&2 and Cabinet of Curiosities, Jason Reitman's Ghostbusters 2020 and James Wan's Malignant, AMC's The Walking Dead, Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez' From Dusk till Dawn, and more.

In addition to film work, NCM has been immersed in the world of music videos since the late 1980's creating stage design, creature costumes, and props for Rob Zombie, White Zombie, Danzig, The Misfits, and The Ramones to name a few. Most recently Norman has directed highly stylized music videos for Municipal Waste, OTTTO, Bat, and others.
